Labrum Pump Repair has evolved since 2006. We started off as a one man show, Val Labrum rebuilding pumps on the side. His sons started helping along the way as well. We outgrew the first shop and moved on to a bigger shop a few years after and then outgrew it and moved to our current shop! We have had lots of amazing employees over the years and have learned so much in the oil & gas industry.
As business has changed over time, our core values have not. We pride ourselves in doing an exceptional job, exceed your expectations, doing the right thing and creating value for everyone we come in contact with. Our customers have become true friends, and we value the relationships we have gained over the years! We never want someone to leave feeling like they didn't get their problem solved or get an answer to a question. Even if it is just to say hello and catch up, we love seeing our customers! Stop in and say hello, if you haven't ever been, we would love to meet you! Drop by!
If you walk in our shop don't be alarmed when you see a big German Shepard, Duke is his name and he is a sweet pup (he is huge yet still acts like a puppy)! He will most likely lick your boots clean and become your best friend.
Starting off building Kimray pumps has evolved to rebuilding all types of chemical and gas pumps as well as water and irrigation pumps. We sell all types of pumps, pump systems, tanks, fittings, repair parts, and more. We have done things from covering chemical tanks with bird netting to using snowmobiles to ride in and fix a problem for a company that couldn't get to a site. If you have a problem, let us know we will do whatever we can to solve your problems!
Currently our crew includes Ted Labrum, Jess Kissling, and Duncan.
Ted Labrum is the current owner, he has been with LPR for 20+ years and wouldn't change it for anything! Building great friendships and being able to help those same friends and customers in their jobs and lives is what he loves doing. He wasn't made for office life, he loves being out in the shop or field working with his hands and rebuilding things. When he isn't working you'll find him riding side by sides, fishing, hanging out with his family and enjoying life.
Jess Kissling (myself) is in the office and shop. I have been with LPR officially since 2012 but have been helping from time to time since the beginning. It has evolved into an amazing job from day one! Ted is my dad so of course that makes working here even better. I would have never guessed I would be in the position I am but wouldn't trade it for anything! Working with the customers we have has been awesome! Learning more every day about pumps, and the oil and gas industry has been so cool as well. I am able to be close with my two kids while also working full time, which is tough at times, but I love it! If I am not at work I am either on the mountain, fishing, hunting, hiking, you name it! I love to be outdoors in the mountains, as long I don't run into a snake... if I see one you'll get a good laugh of me running away like a little girl.
We love what we do and we have enjoyed the relationships with customers and friends we have met along the way. Every day is a little different and that makes life so much more fun!
