The system pulls glycol from the existing heated glycol bath and distributes the glycol through a trace line to prevent freezing for flow lines, well heads, etc.

  • 1- DC mag drive pump 0-44v

  • ON/OFF switch or Potentiometer for voltage adjustment

  • All ball valves and tube connections

  • Solar panels and batteries can be purchased separately if needed or we can retrofit an existing system or piggyback off systems powering other equipment.

  • Max length for circulation tubing is approximately 1,200-1,500ft (depending on the application this can be lower or higher)

  • Low power consumption rate of 1.5A.

  • Ready to connect to 1/2 inch stainless steel tubing or any trace line material you choose. Does work great with stainless tubing and/or PEX tubing.

  • No emissions

The pump has two head sizes to choose from:

-70 GPH

-140 GPH

- Pump is warrantied for 1 year.
